Celebrate this Valentine’s Day at home with a special combo of 2 dishes!

Are you are planning to have a cozy dinner at home this Valentine’s Day? Maybe explore some of the popular and fragrance based Indian dishes. Indian food is famous for its flavor and spices. Of course, not to forget the range that Indian cuisine offers.

Though every Indian dish is a unique blend of a range of ingredients, and cooking techniques, each represents a particular region and culture.

Tandoori food is world-famous and is a favorite for many. Its intoxicating aroma and taste can overwhelm your senses and palate. If you want to know what we suggest you order this Valentine’s Day, here are two of our special recommendations:

Tandoori Lamb Chops

This starter is not only famous in Indian but the world over and a popular takeaway.

Lamb Chops are first marinated in yogurt, spices, and lemon juice overnight before cooking them on a traditional tandoor in our restaurant.

They are cooked till they turn red and charred color. Once ready they are juicy and succulent.

Try them paired with mint sauce and salad. If you want to add it as a side dish, it’s easy-going with fried rice, pulao served with raita (yogurt, onions, tomatoes, green chilis, and coriander) as well.

Tandoori Chicken Tikka

Another great starter to try with your valentine this year! Tandoori Chicken Tikka though is known to have possibly originated from Peshawar or Lahore, but it was promoted more from Daryaganj and Pandara Road in Delhi.

Quite like the lamb chops, Tandoori Chicken Tikka is also marinated similarly and then put on a skewer and inserted in the tandoor.

Unlike many other Indian dishes, this starter is much milder on spices and easy for those who prefer to go for flavor than spices. If you try this once, you are sure to go for the next round!
